Process From Quotation To Shipment

Customization industry is very different from other industries. Everything from design and package can be customized based on your requirements. First of all, if you need to get a quotation for your CNC machining project, after you provide us with your design or sample, we will evaluate the price based on your design. After carefully reviewing the design, adjustments need to be made based on machining, such as the need to change the position of some inner right angles to arc angles.

After reaching an agreement with you on the design, a quotation will be sent. If we are ultimately selected as your partner, the next step is to send a proforma invoice for your review and arrange to make payment.

What will we do after receiving the payment?

Before production, we still had a very important step. The engineer will draw up technical drawings for you to confirm. After all details are approved, we will arrange production.

Production is divided into these steps:

1. Purchasing Materials

2. Make a jig

3. Machine programming

4. Start production

5. Spot check and patrol inspection for appearance, size, etc

6. Clean and blow dry

Links after production completion

After the production of the product, QC will be fully inspected to see if there is any problem with the size. If there is a problem, either rework or re-produce. If passing, the product can be packaged. We will choose different packaging methods based on the structure of the product, but based on dependable transportation.
